Andy Chan is a workshop before it is a website. We make high-end replica designer pieces ourselves — we are not a middleman reselling whatever a supplier had in stock that week — and this store is where you can buy them directly, without going through an agent, a Yupoo album, or a chat thread with someone who cannot answer a question about the product.

Our catalog runs to more than 1,300 pieces across eyewear, necklaces and pendants, earrings, bracelets and bangles, rings, and watches, referencing the design houses people search for most: Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Tiffany, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari and Hermès. Eyewear is quietly our deepest range, and the one most people do not know we make.

What we are, said plainly

Andy Chan LLC sells replicas. Our pieces are not authentic, not licensed, and not authorized by any of the designer brands referenced in our product names, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Brand references tell you which design a piece follows — nothing more.

We put that first because it is the thing sellers in this category are most tempted to blur, and because everything else we tell you is worth less if we are dishonest about this.

Making it ourselves is the whole point

We focus on 1:1 replicas of designer jewelry, produced in professional factories with top-grade materials, and every piece goes through detailed inspection before it ships. We do not run a budget line alongside a good line. There is one standard, and pieces that do not meet it do not leave.

Making the product is also why our answers are specific. Ask us how two similar listings differ — finish, plating thickness, clasp, motif size — and you get an answer from someone who knows, not a guess from someone who is reading the same listing you are.

Honest pricing

Our prices track the work in the piece. Plenty of sellers go lower, and they get there by cutting something you will find later — thinner plating, softer stones, a clasp that gives out. We would rather charge what the piece costs to make well and have you wear it for years.

What our record actually looks like

We have served over 3,000 customers across more than 80 countries. More than 600 of them left real photo reviews, and our satisfaction rate sits at 97%.

Do not take that on our say-so. Search our name, read what buyers say in places we do not moderate, and decide from there. That is what we would do in your position.

Getting it to you

We ship by air directly to your door. No forwarding service, no agent, no reshipping hop — the parcel goes from us to the address you give us.

At checkout you can pay with PayPal or a credit card, both handled by established payment providers. We never see or store your card details, and the total shown at checkout is the total.

Someone actually answers

Grace handles our messages, on WhatsApp or by email at contact@andychanhj.com. Before you order, after you order, or when something needs fixing — same person, same channel.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, or there is a genuine quality problem with what you received, tell us and we will refund or replace it. Send a photo and your order reference and we will sort it out.

Real talk about what you are buying

No factory-made piece is flawless, and that includes ours. Against an authentic piece costing many times more, there will be differences — weight and metal density most of all, because that is where the material cost genuinely sits.

Where we get close is what you actually see: design, proportion and finish land in the 95–98% range. Close enough to wear every day and get compliments on. Not the same object, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

We would rather you know that now than discover it when the box opens. The customers who order again are the ones who knew exactly what was coming.

Two questions we get constantly

"Are you a scammer?"

Reasonable question, and we would rather you ask it than assume. Do what you would do with any online seller: read reviews, look at how long we have been trading, and see what people who have actually received an order say about us. Buy on evidence, not on trust we have not earned yet.

"Why did it take you a while to reply?"

Our workshop and our support team are in China, and our customers are spread across the world. Time zones and message volume mean a reply can lag a few hours, especially if you write while we are asleep. It always comes. If it has been more than a day, send it again — something broke on our end.
